Refund Policy

Paid subscription fees may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no substantial platform usage occurred (no report generation, dashboard export, or paid API consumption). Contact support@orinel.app with your account email and invoice reference.

Custom implementation, onboarding, or consulting fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in a signed quotation from NERIXON ORINEL TECHNOLOGY.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. GST credit notes are issued where applicable under Indian GST rules.
