• Email address and account identifiers when you sign in or communicate with us
• Uploaded files and content you submit for analysis (e.g., CSV, Excel, JSON)
• Usage data such as feature usage, logs, and technical information needed to operate and secure the Service

We use this information to provide the AI analysis service, authenticate you, improve reliability and security, communicate about your account, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing.

Data is stored using Supabase and related infrastructure with industry-standard safeguards. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and rely on our providers for encrypted storage where applicable. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong account practices.

We use subprocessors as needed to run ORINEL, including:

• Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions
• OpenAI (or similar) — AI analysis and generation features
• Supabase — database, authentication, and related backend services

Their use of data is governed by their policies and our agreements with them, limited to what is needed to provide the Service.

Uploaded files are generally deleted after 30 days, subject to operational backups and legal requirements. Account and usage records may be kept until you request deletion or as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. To request deletion or exercise rights, contact us at support@orinel.app. We will respond in line with applicable law.

We use minimal cookies, primarily for session and security (e.g., keeping you signed in). We do not use third-party advertising cookies for ORINEL core functionality.
