Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or using ORINEL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ORINEL provides an AI data analysis tool that helps you explore datasets and web context. The Service includes, where available: AI-assisted analysis, upload and processing of CSV, Excel, and JSON files, and website analysis based on URLs you provide. Features may change as we improve the product.

Access may use email one-time password (OTP) login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you become aware of unauthorized use.

We may offer a Free plan with usage limits and a Pro plan at ₹299/month (or as shown in-app), billed via Razorpay where applicable. Fees, taxes, and plan details are presented at checkout or in your account. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable after the paid period has been used or consumed; please review plan terms before purchasing.

We handle personal and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: we store user data securely using infrastructure such as Supabase; we do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing.

You agree not to:

• Upload or process data that is illegal, infringing, or that you are not authorized to use;
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or abuse the Service, including the AI systems, rate limits, or security;
• Use the Service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or restrict access for violations of these rules or to protect the Service.

ORINEL retains all rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data and content you submit; you grant us the license we need to operate the Service (e.g., to store, process, and display your content to you).

The Service and any AI-generated analysis are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORINEL and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment (where applicable), risk to the Service or other users, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
